(Portland, OR)  --  An 18-year-old man is dead after drowning in the Willamette River in Newberg.  Police say crews recovered the body of Wesley J. Warmoth last night near Rogers Landing.  Warmoth's friends say they called for help after he went under the water and failed to resurface while swimming in the middle of the river.  Police say he was not wearing a life jacket.
