(Washington, DC)  --  President Trump is defending his move to send federal officers into Portland.  Trump spoke during a White House photo-op yesterday, saying he plans to continue sending federal agents to cities he says are experiencing ongoing violence.  Trump also said the cities are run by liberal Democrats who are being prompted by the "radical left."  He called protesters "anarchists" and said mayors are afraid of them.  Trump cited Portland as well as New York and Chicago.
