(Gresham, OR) -- The City of Gresham wants to help restaurants that are depending more on deliveries due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The city is capping commissions charged by third-party-app-based food delivery platforms at 10-percent. Gresham's action is similar to a measure that was passed by the City of Portland. The measure also prohibits platforms from reducing the commission paid to drivers to make up for the cap on commissions.
