(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a shooting that injured one person during protests in downtown Portland.  Police say they've arrested two people for the shooting yesterday evening near Southwest Fourth Avenue and Salmon Street.  The victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive.  It's not yet clear whether the shooting was related to the protest.
