(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a person who was killed in a shooting in Northeast Portland.  Police say 19-year-old Mister Ford was killed in the shooting Monday night at Northeast 87th Avenue near Multnomah University.  He died at the scene.  It's not yet clear whether police have identified a suspect.
