(Portland, OR)  --  A suspect in a fatal stabbing is escaping charges.  A Multnomah County Grand Jury has cleared 52-year-old Stephen Bache of charges, determining he acted in self-defense.  He was accused of stabbing 32-year-old Cody Vickers near Southwest Water Avenue and Main Street.  Vickers died at a hospital.
