(Portland, OR)  --  Mayor Ted Wheeler says Portlanders can expect an announcement soon regarding the presence of federal officers in the city.  Wheeler spoke on CNN last night saying that conversations are already underway, and that so far, he's happy with those talks.  He added he expects there will be an announcement shortly.  No word yet on exactly what that announcement will be.
