(Lincoln City, OR)  --  The Oregon Health Authority has issued a public health advisory for higher than normal levels of bacteria in the ocean water at D River Beach in Lincoln City.  They want you to avoid contact with the water, because it could make you sick.  There's no problem with being on the beach they just want you to stay out of the water.
