(Portland, OR)  --  One person is injured following a shooting in Southeast Portland. It happened Tuesday afternoon near 121st and Southeast Stark Street.  The victim was taken to a hospital in a private vehicle.  The person's injury is non-life threatening.  A suspect has not been arrested.  Police say there is no threat to the community.
