(Keizer, OR)  --  A Sheridan woman is dead and three other people are injured after a crash North of Keizer [[ KIE'-zer ]] Tuesday afternoon.  Marion County Sheriff's Deputies say 39-year-old Jacqueline Chavarry was driving a Ford sedan East on Clearlake Road, Northeast when she apparently blew through a stop sign at River Road.  Her car was hit by a southbound pickup truck.  Chavarry died at the scene.  Two passengers in her car and the pickup driver were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
