(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials are reporting five new coronavirus deaths in Oregon along with more than 400 new cases of the virus.  The Oregon Health Authority reported the five new deaths yesterday, raising the state's death toll from the COVID-19 pandemic to 316.  Officials also reported 416 new cases of COVID-19, bringing Oregon's total number of cases so far to 18-thousand-131.
