(Portland, OR)  --  A Hillsboro man has been arrested for a bias crime.  On June 1st, a 78-year-old Black woman was double-parked at an apartment complex waiting for her son.  The suspect got into a nearby car to leave and yelled racial slurs and profanities at the woman.  Her son ran out to intervene and the man started yelling at him.  Another neighbor saw it happening and called 911.  Police identified the suspect as 64-year-old John Blackmore.  He's charged with two counts of Bias crime and Harassment.
