(Salem, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a suspect in connection to two attempted kidnappings at coffee stands in the Salem area.  Police say they arrested 39-year-old Christopher Ryan Santibanez at his home in Independence on Saturday.  He's accused of trying to kidnap two female coffee shop employees in Salem in separate incidents on July 25th.  Police say he pulled a gun on one of the women and tried to convince her to leave with him.
