(Portland, OR)  --  A majority of Oregonians appear to be in support of allowing businesses to offer cocktails to go.  That's according to a new survey from the Oregon Restaurant and Lodging Association.  The organization surveyed Oregon residents, asking if they would order a cocktail-to-go if they could.  Seventy-two-percent of respondents said yes.
