(Portland, OR)  --  Powell's Books is reopening its Cedar Hills Crossing store this week.  The bookseller says it will open the location on Friday.  It's the first Powell's location to reopen following pandemic-related closures.  Powell's says it will also start offering free pickup at all locations.
