(Chehalis, WA)  --  A memorial was held yesterday for a Washington State Patrol trooper who was killed in the line of duty in March.  Trooper Justin Schaffer was putting out spike strips on I-5 in Chehalis when he was hit.  The memorial in Chehalis included a law enforcement procession.  Schafer is survived by his wife, Sandra, his mother, father, brother and his K9 partner Frankie.
