(Portland, OR)  --  The Washington County Sheriff's Office is teaming up with the U.S. Postal Service to catch package thieves.  The Property Crimes Unit began putting out bait packages yesterday.  If they're stolen, a GPS transponder leads deputies to the suspect.  Detectives use package theft data provided by the U.S. Postal Service to determine which areas have the biggest problems with "porch pirates."
