(Vancouver, WA)  --  Clark County Public Health is putting up danger signs around Vancouver Lake.  Testing shows an algae bloom has elevated levels of toxins.  The algae is covering most of the lake.  Public Health is advising against boating and swimming in the water.  Pets should be kept out of the water.
