(Portland, OR)  --  A judge is extending his restraining order against federal officers in Portland for another two weeks.  The order puts limits on who the feds can confront at the federal courthouse, forbidding them from arresting, threatening or getting physical with journalists and legal observers.  The judge who issued the order noted that federal officers have not completely withdrawn from Portland's federal courthouse.
