(Portland, OR)  --  Two men are facing charges in connection to a carjacking at Cathedral Park.  Police say the suspects stole a woman's car Saturday night on North Pittsburg Avenue.  Police tracked down the stolen car later that night and arrested 19-year-old Faysal Osman and 19-year-old Rico Cabrera on charges of first-degree robbery.
