(Portland, OR)  --  One person is facing charges in connection to a burglary and shooting in North Portland.  Police arrested 27-year-old Brooklyn Collins on charges of first-degree burglary and interfering with a police officer for the incident in the 84-hundred block of North Seward Avenue on Saturday.  Police say shots were fired during the burglary, but no injuries were reported.
