(Portland, OR)  --  Precision Castparts is announcing plans to cut ten-thousand jobs.  The Portland based company is owned by Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway.  The aerospace company says it took a hit to profits because of the pandemic.  About ten-percent of the company's 30-thousand employees work in Oregon.
