(Parkdale, OR)  --  The Oregon Department of Forestry says the Fir Mountain Fire east of Parkdale was human caused.  It burned more than 300 acres and has cost over three-million dollars to fight.  They expect containment this week.  The Oregon Department of Forestry is asking for tips to identify the person responsible for starting the fire.
