Oaks Park Asks Special Permission To Open

(Portland, OR)  --  Oaks Park is asking Governor Kate Brown for special permission to reopen even though Multnomah County is still in Phase One.  The Portland Business Journal reports the amusement park would limit capacity to 250 people for the park and 100 people at the roller skating rink.  Amusement parks aren't allowed to open until Phase Two.  The Governor's office says Brown has not given exceptions to individual businesses.  The park's owner says if they aren't allowed to reopen it'll put the future of the park in jeopardy.
