(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon has 227 new COVID-19 cases and one new death.  The Oregon Health Authority announced the death of an 88-year-old man in Multnomah County yesterday.  He had underlying medical conditions.  Multnomah County had the most new cases with 45 followed by Washington County with 37 and Marion County with 27.  There have been 21-thousand-488 cases and 357 deaths since the pandemic began.
