Man Accused Of 40 Years Of Social Security Fraud

(Klamath Falls, OR)  --  A Klamath Falls man is accused of cashing a relative's Social Security checks for 40 years after she died.  The Social Security Administration began to investigate when they found a 114-year-old woman living in Oregon.  She would have been the second oldest person in the U.S. collecting Social Security.  They determined the woman died in New York in 1971.  Her checks were being sent to a post office box in Klamath Falls and were being deposited by 76-year-old George Doumar.  Over 40 years he cashed 458-thousand dollars worth of checks.
