(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon Health Authority reports eleven new COVID-19 deaths in the state and 302 new cases.  A total of 214 people are currently hospitalized with coronavirus. Since the pandemic began, there have been 21-thousand-774 cases and 368 deaths.
