(Portland, OR)  --  The Multnomah County Health Department has closed a food cart because of a shigellosis outbreak.  The Small Pharaoh #1 food cart at Southwest 5th and Stark was closed Tuesday night.  Shigellosis causes diarrhea, fever and cramps.  Anyone who ate the food cart between July 27th and August 11th and experiences symptoms should contact their health care provider.
