(Aloha, OR)  --  A man is facing charges following a long standoff in Aloha. Neighbors reported a fire and explosions at a home near Southwest 117th and Arborcrest Way Wednesday night.  When deputies arrived, a man in the home threw a wine bottle and part of a shotgun at them.  The Tactical Negotiations Team and Crisis Negotiation Unit were called, and after several hours, 34-year-old Richard Castaneda was arrested without incident.
