(Portland, OR)  --  Fire crews remain on the scene of the Mosier Creek Fire in the Columbia River Gorge.  Fire officials say the blaze is now 45-percent contained.  The blaze has burned 985 acres since it started near Mosier last Wednesday.  Hundreds of homes have been evacuated.
