(Ocean Park, WA)  --  A family in southwestern Washington state is offering a 500-dollar reward for the safe return of their missing tortoise.  Brenda Finn of Ocean Park says the 53-pound tortoise named Lucy disappeared Saturday night after escaping from the family's house.  The family adopted the 23-year-old male tortoise two years ago.
