(Portland, OR)  --  Two counties are being removed from Oregon's COVID-19 Watch List.  Governor Kate Brown says Marion and Wasco counties have reduced the spread of COVID-19 enough to be removed from the list.  Meanwhile, Jackson County has been added to the list.  Being on the Watch List gives those counties extra state support in contact tracing and other means to reduce spread of the virus.  The counties currently on the list are: Baker, Hood River, Jackson, Jefferson, Malheur, Morrow, Multnomah and Umatilla.
