(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a shooting that wounded one person in the Sumner neighborhood.  Police responded to Northeast 90th near Skidmore Street yesterday afternoon and found one person suffering from a gunshot wound.  It's not yet clear what led to the shooting.
