(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested an armed suspect following a SWAT standoff at a cabin in Rhododendron.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to the cabin on Road 27 yesterday morning on reports of a burglary.  Responding deputies say the suspect was armed with a spear when they arrived.  He allegedly fled into an unoccupied cabin, where he armed himself with knives and an ax before barricading the doors.  A SWAT team took 38-year-old Nathan Alexander Surface into custody several hours later.
