(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon's tally of coronavirus cases is approaching the 25-thousand mark.  The Oregon Health Authority reported 231 new cases of COVID-19 yesterday, raising the state's total number of cases so far to 24-thousand-937.  No new deaths were reported yesterday, leaving the state's death toll at 417.
