(Bend, OR) -- Police say they've arrested a suspect in connection to a deadly shooting in Portland last month. Police arrested 32-year-old Thomas E. Cooper in Bend on Saturday on a charge of second-degree murder. He's accused of shooting and killing 27-year-old Tyrell Penney outside a club in Southeast Portland on July 25th.
