(Salem, OR)  --  Governor Kate Brown is ordering flags lowered to half-staff today to honor two fallen Oregon Marines.  Lance Corporal Jack Ostrovsky of Bend and Lance Corporal Chase Sweetwood of Portland were among nine service members who were killed in an amphibious vehicle accident off the coast of San Clemente Island, California last month.  Brown says Ostrovsky and Sweetwood showed incredible honor, bravery and dedication to the state, their country and the Marines.
