(Portland, OR)  --  The City of Portland is urging residents to go explore two new greenways.  The city is giving out prizes to residents who visit the greenways, which are streets with low traffic and slow speed limits where bikes and pedestrians are given priority.  Special signs in the shape of a Zebra have been posted with keywords that residents can send by text for a chance to win prizes.  The Portland Bureau of Transportation plans to build out 25 miles of neighborhood greenways.
