(Pine Grove, OR)  --  Evacuations are underway in the small community of Pine Grove southeast of Mt. Hood as the White River Fire continues to spread.  Highway 216 is closed between Highway 26 and milepost 14.  Officials say the fire has burned 27-hundred acres and is about ten-percent contained.
