(Portland, OR) -- A man is pleading guilty to arson for a fire that was started in a North Portland dumpster in June. It happened during a demonstration against the North Police Precinct. Police say 18-year-old Rollin Fodor admitted to starting a fire in the dumpster and then pushing it next to the wall of Mid-K Beauty Supply. Fodor was sentenced to 45 days in jail, 160 hours community service and 36 months of formal probation.
