(Portland, OR)  --  Police are seeking help in their investigation of a three-year-old homicide case.  The Portland Police Bureau says 40-year-old Desmond Antonio Garrett was found shot to death inside a crashed car at Northwest 5th Avenue and Northwest Everett Street on September 7th, 2017.  Police believe he crashed into a power box after being shot.  Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a 25-hundred-dollar reward for information leading to an arrest.
