(Vancouver, WA)  --  Firefighters are mopping up after the Fruit Valley Fire in Vancouver.  Fire officials say crews responded to the 166-acre blaze yesterday afternoon behind the Frito Lay plant on Northwest Fruit Valley Road.  Crews had the blaze 95-percent contained as of last night.  Officials say no buildings or structures were damaged.
