(Portland, OR)  --  Mt. Hood National Forest is closed to the public as crews battle the Riverside Fire.  Park officials closed the area last night, saying it's "simply not safe to visit."  The Riverside Fire has burned roughly 35-hundred acres as strong winds push it west down Highway 224.
