(Salem, OR)  --  Marion County is under a state of emergency as wildfires force residents from their homes.  County commissioners declared the state of emergency yesterday in response to the Beachie Creek and Lionshead fires burning in Santiam Canyon.  Crews are also battling the Holiday Farm Fire along Highway 126.  Level three evacuations are in effect for Detroit, Lyons, Mehama, Mill City, Gates, Idahana, North Fork area, Brietenbush and 214 North of Silverfalls State Park to Scott Mills.
