(Portland, OR)  --  Firefighters are making progress on two blazes burning in Washington County.  Fire officials say crews have gained 50-percent containment on the Chehalem Mountain-Bald Peak fire and the Powerline Fire.  The Chehalem Mountain-Bald Peak fire has burned two-thousand acres and forced the evacuations of 150 homes.  The Powerline Fire has burned about 50 acres near Henry Hagg Lake.
