(Portland, OR)  --  Clackamas Fire Chief Ralph Lucas says his county is "literally out of firefighters and equipment" as Oregon deals with unprecedented wildfires.  Lucas said in a wildfire update yesterday the Clackamas Fire Department needs about 35 more fire engines to battle the blazes burning across the county.  Lucas says his department's requests for more resources have been unable to be filled due to the sheer magnitude of fires burning in the western U.S.
