(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland-based charity is stepping up to provide basic necessities for wildfire evacuees.  The group Medical Teams International says it has put together about three-thousand hygiene kits for people who have been forced from their homes.  The kits include things like toothbrushes, deodorant, shampoo, soap and more.  The United Way of Salem is distributing the kits to evacuees at the Oregon State Fairgrounds.
