County Says 'NO ONE Should Be Outside' Amid Hazardous Air Quality

(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities are urging residents to remain indoors as much as possible as wildfire smoke continues to create hazardous air conditions in Oregon.  Multnomah County issued a tweet yesterday saying "NO ONE should be outside."  The county says anyone who finds it "absolutely necessary" to venture outside should wear an N95 mask.  Portland's air quality index remains in the hazardous zone as of 3:00 this morning.
