(Salem, OR) -- Oregon is joining a group of western states that are testing COVID-19 exposure notification technology. The pilot project tests the Exposure Notification Express mobile app developed by Google and Apple. The app confidentially notifies you if you've been exposed to someone who tested positive for the virus. The app doesn't collect location data and never shares the user's identity. California, Washington, Colorado and Nevada are also taking part.
