(Portland, OR) -- A man is facing federal charges after allegedly setting a fire that damaged the Portland Police Bureau's North Precinct during a demonstration earlier this summer. U.S. Marshalls arrested 22-year-old Gavaughn Streeter-Hillerich Tuesday in Vancouver. Police say video shows him setting a large dumpster on fire next to the police building on June 26th. Streeter-Hillerich made his first court appearance Wednesday on charges of arson.
